About Dr. Demetria Springfield Banks

I am Dr. Demetria Springfield Banks — a faith‑based personal development strategist, Christian counselor (non‑clinical), and prophetic alignment coach committed to helping today’s busy professionals and ministry leaders rise into the life God has already prepared for them.

With over 34 years of experience in juvenile court work, executive leadership, and spiritual development, I bring a rare blend of professional insight, prophetic clarity, and practical strategy. My work is rooted in transformation, alignment, and the belief that when you move with God, your entire life upgrades.

Through DSB Life Solutions LLC, operating as Dr. Demetria Springfield Banks, I provide personal development consulting, Christian counseling (non‑clinical), temperament assessments, and faith‑based growth experiences designed to help you reset, rebuild, and walk boldly in your God‑given identity.

I teach, guide, and support with one core conviction: You can’t call on God and He not answer.
